  Workers will operate agricultural equipment used in the cultivation and production of potatoes, wheat, soybeans, black beans, and grain crops. Duties include driving and operating tractors and farm machinery to prepare fields, plant, cultivate, and harvest crops. Workers will attach and detach implements such as plows, discs, drills, planters, sprayers, and harvesting equipment to tractors and adjust equipment settings as needed to perform field operations. Workers will assist with field preparation, planting activities, crop maintenance, irrigation support, and harvesting operations during peak seasonal periods. Routine equipment care will include cleaning, lubrication, checking fluid levels, and inspecting machinery to ensure proper operation. Any mechanical issues beyond routine care will be reported to a supervisor. Workers may operate farm vehicles to transport crops, water, seed, fertilizer, and supplies between fields and storage locations as needed. Additional duties include general farm labor such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining farm facilities and work areas. On-the-job training will be provided. Employees will be provided with adequate breaks, including meal and rest periods, consistent with applicable Federal, State, and local law, during the course of each workday.
