Manual field laborer duties will include but not limited to working with bees for pollination which includes prior work experience and knowledge of fencing, placing and moving hives, checking hives, repairing bear damaged hives daily and removal of hives,(20%), manually changing irrigation guns,(20%) brush pick up by hand, repairing pallets, and packing wild blueberries(5%) installing automated irrigation heads and sprinkler system,(15%) hand weed wiping,(10%). Worker may operate John Deere Sprayers as needed, (25%). Worker should have experience with operating chainsaws, brush saws, tractors, mowers, ATVS,or other specialized farm equipment (5%).
