Workers will be given 60 minutes for lunch which is staggered between 11am - 1pm as agreed upon by the crew and management. Workers can choose where to eat their lunch and return to work after their 60 minutes are up. Overtime pays, calculated at 1.5 x the base rate listed in 8b of Part A, will be awarded for hours more than 45 worked in any week. All workers will also be entitled to a maximum of 40 hours of Sick Pay, earned at the rate of one hour of Sick Pay for every 40 hours worked.
