We farm 7,000 acres of corn, soybeans, wheat and hay. Employees will operate semis to haul grain from fields to elevator, and operate tractors to assist in planting and harvesting of the crops. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Also must not be afraid of heights. Will need to climb up on grain bins. Also need to have experience with a sprayer and be able to spray crops. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
