  Climb ladders on bins; Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops such as working with bins and augers to load carts and trailers, cleaning out bins; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment such as changing fluids, rotating tires, washing, checking pressure, etc.; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) such as combine, tillage tool to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as soybeans, corn; Load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields, load crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bags; Clean shop, work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping such as weed eating, mowing; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Attach implements using hand tools; Must follow instructions and speak and understand English.
