• Offer description:

  We farm 10,000 acres per year of seed corn, soybeans, sweet corn, peas, and green beans. Employees will assist with rock picking, tillage, planting, detasseling, de-rougeing, harvesting, irrigation maintenance and repair, field edge cleaning, conditioning seed, filling and emptying grain storage bins, transferring seed/fertilizer/materials to fields, receiving winter fertilizer shipments, and fertilizing fields. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
