Job requires worker to complete tasks in: Planting, transplant, trim, prune, maintain, and hand harvest to quality standards vegetable and fruit crops; prepare fields/soil for planting; maintain equipment, fields, and farm property; install and remove row covers; general greenhouse tasks including cleaning, seeding, moving flats and watering; bale and load/unload straw; assemble bins/containers; load/unload crops; sort and move produce, pack produce to customer standards; maintain a clean packing area; drive and operate tractor, forklift, and other farm equipment to perform farm tasks; drive employer provided vehicle to and from the worksite and to other locations. Employer will provide instructions and training on specific job duties.
