Duties may include: Plant propagation in greenhouse, soil preparation in fields and high tunnels, transplanting and seeding crops, weeding of crops manually and/or with hand tools. Worker will be responsible for moving irrigation pipes, harvesting crops by hand or with knife/scissors. Worker will be expected to operate golf carts and/or pickup trucks to transport materials or crop. Worker will help with post-harvest washing, bagging, and boxing of product. Worker will be expected to help with setup of the farmer's market on a weekly basis & other related Farm Worker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work.
