  We are one of the largest all Organic holdings in Arizona. We farm a variety of specialty crops including chili, rosemary, watermelon, pumpkins, and cactus. We need a seasonal dehydrator equipment operator for chili and rosemary. The workers will be required to work in the drying operation and responsibilities will include unloading produce, overseeing the operation of the drying equipment, quality control and preparing product for packing and shipping. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
