  General farm work includes: help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, farm roads and fences; field preparation, water maintenance, planting and harvesting of crops, including rice; planting, cutting, gathering, and baleing of rye grass and hay; driving tractor, equipment and trucks; fertilize, spot spray weeds; assist with loading and unloading of rice trucks; must be able to drive vehicles to various farm locations; operate and maintain rice bins including cleaning up of rice spills, sweeping rice spills/pins, leveling bins. Assist in care of cattle; Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, bait traps, operate crawfish boat, checking of traps--traps are removed from the pond, crawfish are emptied into sacks, traps are re-baited and put back in to pond, repair crawfish traps as needed, weigh and tag crawfish, load crawfish in truck to deliver to markets; frequent stooping and lifting traps, load and unload trucks, wash and grade crawfish.
