Duties include hand harvesting blueberry and blackberry. Other duties include machine harvesting activities such as stacking blueberries, grading, operating forklift and general farm labor such as, but not limited to, weeding, pruning, cleanup and performing maintenance on the farm. This will be done under extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis. (Continued in Addendum C.)
