The worker will operate and maintain various agricultural equipment, including fertilizer floaters, spreaders, and other heavy machinery used in the application of crop inputs. Tasks include blending and loading fertilizers and chemicals, ensuring proper calibration and safe handling procedures. The worker will be responsible for transporting agricultural products, water, and inputs to and from the fields using trucks and trailers as needed. Duties may include performing safety checks, cleaning, and conducting minor repairs or adjustments to equipment to maintain functionality. The worker will assist in monitoring inventory levels of crop inputs and reporting shortages.
