Workers will perform a range of manual and routine tasks related to crop farming on a 3,800-acre grain operation in Divide County, North Dakota. Primary responsibilities include assisting with seasonal field preparation, including soil tillage and rock picking; operating basic farm equipment for planting and seeding of wheat, barley, soybeans, corn, peas, flax, canola, and sunflower; and performing crop maintenance tasks such as weed control, fence repair, and equipment cleaning. Workers will also help monitor crop progress and ensure irrigation systems are functioning as needed. During harvest, duties include operating machinery for harvesting, grain hauling, and unloading; performing manual tasks such as lifting and loading grain bags; and maintaining clean work areas to avoid crop contamination. After harvest, workers will assist in post-harvest field clean-up including residue removal and basic field maintenance. Daily work may vary based on weather and seasonal timing but will consistently involve outdoor physical labor. Workers must follow safety protocols, handle tools and equipment responsibly, and work effectively in a team setting to ensure crops are planted and harvested within appropriate climate windows. Employer provides free housing and daily transportation between the worksite and housing, and all work will occur within the employment period. Employees will be provided with adequate breaks, including meal and rest periods, consistent with applicable Federal, State, and local law, during the course of each workday.
