  I farm 5000 acres of corn, wheat, tall fescue, canola, soybeans, oats, and sunflowers. I also do a variety of work ranging from seeding to ditching. Employees will need to assist with all aspects of planting, raising, harvesting and hauling our own crops. Jobs that will need to be done are yard maintenance, equipment maintenance, driving farm truck, tractor operation, and combine operation. Operate a combine to harvest wheat, corn, soybeans, canola, rye-grass and cereal rye. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
