  Laborer/Driver will conduct simple daily vehicle maintenance checks, pick up workers from employer-provided housing, take them to the worksite, and drive them back to their housing. They will only spend about ten percent of their workday doing these job duties. Other daily duties include field walking, timekeeping, scanning buckets picked, dumping blueberries into lugs, filling water jugs with drinking water for the workers each morning, ensuring field sanitation measures are maintained throughout the day, and possibly loading/unloading blueberries. They are required to live in the housing provided by the employer and take workers once a week to cash checks and to the food store. Must have or be able to obtain immediately a farm labor contractor license. Background check and random drug testing will be post-hire at employer's expense. Any driver employed under this job order must have a valid federal Farm Labor Contractor Certificate of Registration and must abide by all the requirements of the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA). The employer understands that they are responsible for assuring that all conditions of this agreement are met regardless of any acts or omissions of the crew leader.
