  Accurate application of fertilizer and other inputs on farmland based on agronomic recommendations, field maps, and product labels. Safely operate and maintain spreaders, sprayers, tender trucks, and related equipment. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance. Keep all machinery clean. Maintain detailed and accurate records of applications, including product usage and field conditions. Ability to work with hand tools and acquire basic mechanical knowledge. Work outdoors in hot, cold, wet and dry conditions. Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and operating machinery. Able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Three or more months of experience operating and servicing farm equipment required.
