  Workers will perform one or more of the following duties as instructed by their supervisor. The farm worker is responsible for operating farm equipment such as tractors, planters, cultivators, hay rakes, balers, and related implements. Duties include planting fields and performing crop production activities for corn and soybeans, including field preparation, planting, cultivating, and harvesting. Additional duties include haying activities such as mowing, raking, baling, loading, and stacking hay. Workers will also perform general farm duties such as maintaining fences, cleaning barns, and assisting with shop work, including basic tool and equipment maintenance. The worker’s efforts will contribute to the efficient operation of the farm, including proper crop care, hay production, and maintaining equipment in good working condition.
