The H-2A workers will assist with seasonal agricultural activities from March 15 through December 15. Job duties include general farm work, grain handling, cleaning and maintaining farm buildings and storage areas, yardwork, picking up rocks and debris from fields and work areas, and other miscellaneous outdoor agricultural tasks. Workers will haul crops and other agricultural products from fields to farm sites, assist with grain cart operations, and help move materials and equipment as part of routine farm operations. Additional duties include cleaning and maintaining farm equipment and work areas. Workers must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and be available to work Monday through Saturday from 6:00 AM until 11:00 PM, with beginning and ending times varying based on weather conditions and workload. The work is performed outdoors and may involve exposure to heat, sun, dust, and other weather conditions. The work requires extensive sitting in equipment, physical strength, pushing, pulling, and basic mechanical ability.
