  Plant, cultivate, and harvest soybean, corn and hay, till soil, weed and thin plants, mow, cut, and weed fields, prepare pesticides, herbicides, and another crop protectant. Mix and apply fertilizers, plant growth chemical, conditioner, and other plant related treatment at the correct time. Clean debris from the field, clean and maintain farm buildings, structures, equipment, and work areas. Lift, carry, and load/unload products and supplies. Use power equipment including but not limited to tractor, planter, and mowers, must operate agricultural equipment safely without supervision. Perform ditching, shoveling, hoeing, hauling, ground preparation, and other manual tasks.
