From March 9, 2026 through January 9 , 2027 For ten months, workers perform several manual tasks. They plant, harvest grains and harvest hay to prepare food for horses., Repair fences and clean stables and stalls, Horse care and management. Foaling Season begins late winter early spring., Twenty-five (25) pregnant mares are beginning foaling season, foals are being born late winter or early Spring., mares kept in stables.while workers should feed and water morning and night, as well as bath and vaccinate the new foals observerance for diseases when foaling and clean and help mares when foaling to bring out the new born performing manual tasks in the hour of mares labor. From August 1st, through September 30th. Mares and coalts are managed and well kept inside stables by feeding and watering. During Autumn months, Workers repair fences, clean and prepare pastures (using farm machinery)January through spring , All mares and 8 months old colts are put out on pastures and fed separately with hay rolls and grains out on different pastures, from January through March temporary help is not necessary, work is done by permanent worker. Mares start foaling again From March 9, th through April 30th, more mares come every year to Leon Ranch, Business in selling quality yearlings providing satifaction which meets clientelles espectations in strong healthy colts of 8 months to a year old.
