  Drives and operates farm machinery installed with GPS to perform farm activities of plant cultivating and harvesting of crops such as wheat and corn. The workers will drive tractors and operate designated towing equipment, disks, and drags to furrow and fertilize the soil. Must be able to work independently after given instructions. Workers will haul harvested crops with supplies, fertilizer, and equipment to fields with trucks and the destination will be storage on the farm or local elevators. There will be no commercial hauling and the items that are hauled are owned by the employer. No CDL is required. Employees must have valid driver's licenses or obtain one in 30 days. Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING. No smoking in equipment, housing, vehicles, or grounds. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours is otherwise discouraged. No Educational level is required. Must have three months of tractor driving with towed implements and operate computerized monitors.
