The Farm Construction Laborer(s) will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the construction of livestock structures, livestock confinements, agricultural buildings, and grain bins. Duties will include loading, unloading and transporting supplies, tools and equipment; using basic hand tools; prepping concrete and finishing; cleaning and preparing construction site where concrete will be poured; positioning and dismantling forms for pouring concrete; spreading, leveling, and smoothing concrete using rakes, shovels, or hand tools; building and erecting walls and trusses; and cleaning up construction site. Workers will be required to work on their feet, bend, stoop, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
