We are a row crop farming operation. Workers will operate semi tractor trailer with hopper bottom trailers to transport grain from field to bin and from bin to town elevator and modern larger John Deere farm equipment. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: be able to handle working in high humidity; clean work areas; load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities; load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields; maintain grounds and landscaping; operate self propelled machinery; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, pruning crops; use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, loppers, and knives; use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, grain carts, mowers and other landscaping equipment, pickups, cars, etc, semi trucks, skid steers, tillage equipment, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: corn, soybeans. Must speak and understand English.
