FARM LABORER: Worker will be required to perform a variety of tasks under supervision in vineyard and orchard operation. Worker will be required to complete the following activities: general farm, orchard and vineyard maintenance; weeding; shoveling; hoeing; mowing; thinning; pruning; training vines; vineyard canopy management; grafting; planting and transplanting fruit trees; install tree screens/grow tubes; drive and operate vehicles, tractors or other agricultural equipment such as forklifts; routine general repairs and maintenance of farm equipment and tools on farm; conduct farm building repairs; construct and maintain trellis; construct and maintain bird netting and deer fencing; complete general hand tasks to include picking up garbage around the orchard/vineyard, removing old trees/vines, string and wire from trellis and orchard blocks; picking up sticks, rocks and brush throughout the farm; conduct various field and farm clean up tasks.
