• Offer description:

  Employee will drive Case track tractors in spring to do spring tillage and operate late model guidance systems (primarily John Deere and Case based). Drive Polaris Rangers to monitor crop, pick up rocks and spot spray ditches and fence rows. Operate a JD 4020 and a Payloader to pick up large rocks located in the field. Light repair and maintain tractors, DB90 planter, 4730 sprayer, 2230 field cultivator, combine(s), Draper Bean Heads; Folding Corn Head, Brent Grain Carts. Run lawn mowers and maintain groves and yards. Assist with the operation of all machines, maintenance, repairs, of grain setup during harvest. Pressure washing and cleaning all equipment and machinery. Other odd crop farm related jobs in furtherance of the business. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be eligible for a pay increase at the employer discretion based on ability and skills. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
