We need seasonal help during the spring planting and spreading season. During the summer, we need additional help in the fields and in the fall, we need the additional help with the harvest and fall spreading. Employees will need to operate tractors, spreaders, combines and skid loaders. Employees will also need to drive trucks to haul crops and be able to complete shop work, including routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
