• Offer description:

  Employee will serve as a support person for equipment operators by hauling parts and equipment to fields as needed. The employee may be required to operate tractors and other farm equipment as directed. Additional duties include yard work and grounds maintenance, such as weeding and general upkeep, as well as cleaning and performing routine maintenance on farm vehicles, equipment, and the farm workshop. The employee may also assist with repairing fences and farm buildings and will help with other crop-related duties as assigned. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
