  We operate a full-scale farming operation where we grow cotton, wheat, corn, grain sorghum and peanuts. We need a seasonal employee to assist in operating heavy farm equipment with GPS guidance systems to do field prep, plant, spray and harvest these crops as needed. Employee will be required to do routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to clean up and take care of facilities and equipment as needed. Employees will need to operate tractors and other equipment starting in February to swathe, rake and bale hay. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
