  Employees will be responsible for the operation of farm machinery and equipment used to cultivate, plant, spray, harvest, and store grain crops. Duties include preparing equipment early in the spring for the planting season, operating tractors and farm equipment during planting, conducting spraying operations, and performing combining and tillage work during harvest. Employees will also assist with general farm labor necessary to support seasonal crop activities. The growing and harvest season in North Dakota is short and intense, so tasks must be completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Work will primarily take place during the spring, summer, and fall, as winter months do not require additional help. The employer is willing to train motivated, entry-level workers who are willing and able to learn.
