  Workers will operate farm equipment such as tractors, combines, and sprayers. Workers will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and cleaning farm equipment. Workers will perform all duties needed to plant, grow, cultivate, and harvest cotton and perform grounds maintenance. Workers will cover crops, shred stalks, and use a hoe to cut cotton crops. Workers will maintain and repair irrigation system as well as barn equipment. Workers will operate tractors using a guidance system. Workers will be expected to work additional hours during harvest and planting season, up to 75 hours a week.
