Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS for creating lines, changing fields, setting up documentation) to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops; Set up, operate, and repair irrigation equipment; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Perform pre-trip walk around; Prepare seed for treating and blending; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling bed or trailer, and drive to market or storage facilities; Daily care and monitoring of cattle; Clean work areas and maintain grounds; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Attach implements using hand tools; Operate seed cleaning machine and adjusting screen selection to seed being cleaned and proper sampling to meet company quality standards along with inventory of harvested seed to be cleaned; Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting and replacement of defective parts; Assist with order fulfillment and warehouse process of ensuring of accurate order fulfillment and quality; Organizing of bagged inventory storing and labeling. Attention to detail of identifying labeling and product; Schedule will include rotating shift work with early mornings and extended hours; Assisting with additional tasks and accommodate to both departments; Speak and understand English. Approximate staggered entry: 5 workers to begin March 1 and 2 workers to begin April 1.
