Workers will work outside. Field work includes cleaning and removing debris, rocks and shrubs, weeds and preparing the fields for seasonal pecan and hay harvests. Work will consist of both manual activities as well as operating and agricultural equipment on the farm. Work will include maintaining and repairing of farm equipment. Additionally work will include repairing or replacing broken fences as well as repairing or replacing building and other structures on the farm.
