• Offer description:

  Workers will load and drive semi-trucks to deliver sod to local commercial and residential customers in the Dallas and Ft Worth, Texas area, unloading sod with a portable skid loader or pallet jack. Workers will NOT install sod at these locations, only deliver and unload. When not delivering, workers will pick up pallets, trash and rocks from around turf farm, maintain the grounds and delivery vehicles. Workers must posses a valid Commercial Drivers License and medical card or have the ability to obtain a CDL in Texas. Workers must have 3 months verifiable forklift or skid steer operation experience. Background checks may be conducted post hire at the employers expense, workers may be rejected if background has driving under influence, public intoxication, assault or criminal activity involving children. Drug screens are performed randomly, upon suspicion, accident or incident, at the expense of the employer, Failure or refusal of a drug screen is grounds for immediate termination.
