  Duties may include: Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to the following: operate various equipment/trucks/tractors for planting, spraying and harvesting of crops. Clean/maintain/repair machinery and equipment. Grain handling, drive trucks to haul farm commodities. Routinely check and service wells and irrigation equipment, setting and picking up irrigation pipe. Maintain farm grounds/mow. Other miscellaneous duties assigned. Rain days are typically spent in the shop repairing equipment and preparing for the next day's work. Crops: wheat, corn, milo. One hour lunch break offered. May offer cell phone plan. This job involves manual labor, lifting, carrying, long days in the heat & other related Agricultural Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org).
