  Job duties are related to caring for hogs at two 4,000-hog sites and one 3,000-hog site. Tasks include helping to fill barns with new hogs, feeding pigs, checking and adjusting water, keeping daily records, and assisting with the sale of hogs when they reach market weight. Workers will also identify sick hogs, administer vaccinations and other treatments, check ventilation in the buildings, and use a power-washer to clean and disinfect hog buildings. If necessary, workers will remove dead hogs to the dead box with a truck.
