  Workers will perform manual and mechanized tasks associated with the production of cotton. Duties include operating, cleaning, and performing routine maintenance on farm equipment such as tractors and implements used in tilling, planting, cultivating, and harvesting cotton crops. Workers will assist with pivot irrigation systems, including starting, monitoring, and maintaining operation, repairing leaks, and ensuring proper water coverage. Workers will perform basic mechanical work such as changing tires, boxes, and filters, lubricating moving parts, and cleaning equipment to ensure proper functioning. Duties also include hand spraying brush, repairing and cleaning fence lines, driving tractors, and driving to and from different work locations as directed by the employer or supervisor. Additional duties may include cleaning and maintaining cotton pickers, combines, and barns, removing debris, and performing other general farm maintenance and cleanup tasks. All work must be performed in a careful and competent manner to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Work is performed under close supervision and does not require prior experience or specialized training. Employer will provide basic instruction and training for all job duties.
