  Strickland Farms is a row-crop farming operation where we grow corn, cotton, and peanuts. We plant, spray, fertilize and harvest all our crops. We haul all our crops to the grain elevator, cotton gins, and peanut buying point. The equipment we use has full GPS components that is be utilized by machine and operator. The operator must be able to use and operate the equipment. Also, the employees will need to complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment including wash, grease, and maintain equipment and do certain repairs on equipment such as wheel bearings, filter changes, replace oil lines or normal repair work. The equipment we use has full GPS components that is be utilized by machine and operator. The duties include operating self-propel sprayer, tractor, spreader, cotton picker, peanut combines. No commercial truck driving is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
