  We need a seasonal employee to assist with our crops (peanuts, corn, soybeans, cotton, wheat, peanuts). Employees will assist with all aspects of farming these crops including equipment operation (late model John Deere tractors), sprayer operation and/or application, shop and mechanical duties including routine repairs and maintenance on the equipment, general equipment repair, work shop duties, preparing equipment for the season, grain storage repair, maintenance and handling, seed preparation for planting, washing and cleaning equipment, general yard maintenance and mowing, general building repair and maintenance, completing general farm duties as assigned. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
