• Offer description:

  We need seasonal employees to operate crop equipment, including heavy agricultural equipment, required to complete the project, including the operation and understanding of guidance systems (GPS). Employees will need to log machine hours, acres, quantities of bales, bushels, manure spread loads and fuel usage, etc. Employees will need to ensure equipment is clean, maintained and in safe operating condition. Assist with rock picking and snow removal if needed. Must be able to operate a variety of heavy agricultural equipment, including but not limited to tractors, combines, choppers, excavators, skid loaders, rock pickers, harvest and tillage equipment. Must have basic mechanical skills and agronomy knowledge. Haul harvested crops to storage locations. Able to work long hours during planting and harvest seasons. No commercial truck driving is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
