We need help in the spring, summer and fall seasons. Employees will be doing ground maintenance to keep work site and surrounding area clean, grain transfer, loading and unloading trucks, loading applicators, tender trucks, maintain grain inventory, loading and delivering products specific to location. Employees must follow safety guidelines and safety program established by Frenchman Valley Coop. Prepare dry and liquid fertilizer. document, complete and maintain records on all aspects of operation. Must be able to operate forklifts, loaders and tender trucks. Fill and haul NH3 tanks. Must be able to read blend and field tickets, county road maps and plat maps. Perform required preventative maintenance on equipment, plant or rolling stock. Dump and receive producers' grain. Maintain inventory moistures and temperatures of silos and tanks. Haul and deliver products. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
