We farm corn, soybeans, barley, and pinto beans. Typical work week consists of operating farm machinery, maintaining farms machinery, and drive semi-trucks. We need seasonal employees to assist with all aspects of growing these crops including field prep, planting, spraying, harvesting, and hauling. Employees are required to operate John Deere and AGCO two track machines pulling implements. Be able to do in field repairs and maintenance on equipment. Operate sprayers and combines. Drive farm-trucks pulling trailers, using 10 speed transmissions. Mow ditches and farms yards. Remove grain from grain bins and haul to storage locations. Complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. No commercial truck driving is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
