We need seasonal employees to assist with custom harvesting. We harvest wheat, beans, canola, sunflowers, millet, sorghum, safflower, and corn. Employees will be required to drive trucks to haul harvested commodities, operate combines, grain carts and tractors. Do routine service and maintenance on equipment daily. Employer may, at their discretion, pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period and provide pay increases based on longevity and experience. Entry-level workers (Skill Level 1) will receive the base rate, while returning workers will receive a $1/hour increase. Three employees will receive a $3/hour increase, and five-year employees will receive a $5/hour increase. Skill Level 2 employees receive a $1/hour increase, Skill Level 3 employees receive a $3/hour increase, and Skill Level 4 employees receive a $5/hour increase. Skill levels are determined by D&M Harvesting’s assessment at the beginning of the employment contract.
