We farm cotton, peanuts and pecans and need seasonal employees to assist with all aspects of growing these crops including tilling, planting, spraying, harvesting and hauling these crops. Employees will be required to complete general farm duties and operator tractors and farm equipment including combines, sprayers, cotton pickers, and other farm equipment. Employees will be required to complete routine maintenance on all farm equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
