  Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2091 Equipment Operator. Adjust Repair and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions; Irrigate soil, using portable pipes or ditch systems, and maintain ditches or pipes; Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment and Operate towed machines such as seed drills or manure spreaders to plant, fertilize, dust, and spray crops such as corn, soybeans, and rice; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Trap and destroy pests such as moles, gophers, and mice; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures which may include the use of hand tools to dig and replace fence posts; Mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery; Attach implements using hand tools; Manual farm labor in extreme temperatures such as moving and fitting irrigation pipe, walking fields pulling weeds, and digging irrigation ditches. Must speak and understand English.
