  We need seasonal help to assist with our custom harvesting business. Employees will need to drive farm plated trucks, straight trucks, tractors and combines to assist in the custom combining and hauling of wheat and silage. Employees will be required complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion. The employer, at its sole discretion, grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
