  We are a family farm that farms about 5,000 dryland acres on the southern high plains of West Texas. We primarily grow cotton, but will occasionally grow grain sorghum, sorghum-sudan grass for hay, and wheat for cover. Employees will assist with field prep, planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops. Employees will operate John Deere Tractors equipped with GreenStar GPS Systems as well as other farm equipment. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
