• Offer description:

  We farm 4,000 acres of row crops including peanuts, cotton, corn, wheat and milo. Employees need to be skilled with row crop farming. Employees will operate, and must have knowledge of, 8R series John Deere tractors, John Deere GPS guidance, John Deere sprayer, 725 Series John Deere planters, field cultivators and harrows. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
