• Offer description:

  We farm 7,500 acres of crops - growing wheat, canola, and soybeans. Employee will operate tractor, combine, and farm-truck. Emploee must be able to shift 13 speed and 18 speed gear box as grain hauling will be an essential part of the work. Our farm does not own any automatic trucks/semis. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
