  We need a season employee to assist during our crop season. We farm wheat, oats and corn. Employees will need to plow fields, plant crops, spray crops during the summer and harvest crop in the fall. Employees will need to drive trucks to haul crops to storage locations. Complete routine farming tasks associated with crop production. Operate farm equipment to complete the required crop duties including tractors, sprayers and harvesting equipment. Will be required to do routine repairs and maintenance on equipment with basic mechanical skills. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
