  Workers will operate and maintain various farm equipment to cultivate, plant, spray, harvest, and transport grain crops such as barley, wheat, durum, canola, soybeans, pinto beans, and corn. Duties include driving tractors, sprayers, combines, grain carts, and semi-trucks to and from fields and storage facilities. Workers will load/unload grain, perform routine maintenance (e.g., checking fluids, greasing equipment), and clean vehicles and machinery. Additional tasks include mowing/weed trimming around farmyards and ditches, sweeping grain bins, and cleaning interiors of vehicles and equipment. No CDL or experience is required; training is provided. Must be able to follow basic instructions and safety protocols.
